  1. How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within typically ship within two to five business days of your order, and then take up to 2 to 5 business days  to reach your doorstep.  product has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product  


  1. What's your return policy?

All unopened products may be returned for up to 30 days after delivery of your order. Before returning items, please contact us to inquire about a full refund. Why? We can only accept unopen products for refunds. If your product appears defective, we will open a case and let you know our decision. 


  1. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, please contact us and we will issue a return  product label.


  1. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. We will send you an return product shipment label and issue a refund.


  1. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.
